Do you offer a refund?
Yes, in certain circumstances.
What circumstances do you give a refund?
A refund will only be given in certain circumstances.
1. Your order has not been printed for the final product.
2. Your order is printed wrongly due to Our (IDG) mistake, e.g., misspelled name, or wrong design from the design you gave us.
What circumstances will the refund not given?
A refund will NOT be given in these circumstances.
- The product is purposely or accidentally damaged by you.
- We have delivered to you and does not fit the criteria of the statement in question above. As this is personalized item, we cannot erase the name and re-sell them.
- Damage to the item due to delivery. In this case, we will take it up with the delivery company.
- The colour is not what you expected. The colour may vary depending on your monitor brand and monitor settings. Or your phone/tablet brand and settings.
- The person you give it to does not like the product/s or you simply do not like the product/s.
Can we make changes after we confirm the design?
You can but if we have not printed your design for transfer to the product. Once we printed, it is not possible. We may charge a fee for the printed design. In this case, a partial refund will be given if you decide to cancel the order.
Where do we return for defective or damage product?
We will arrange for collection via our logistic provider.
