We prepare your order once you finalize your design.
It will then take around 7 days to complete and deliver your product. Production may be delayed if we have a lot of orders.
The delivery time will depend on the delivery company, which is beyond our control. We will monitor the delivery company and choose the best where possible.
Yes on certain circumstances.
A refund will only be given on certain circumstances.
1. Your order has not been printed for the final product.
2. Your order is printed wrongly due to Our (IDG) mistake, e.g. misspelt name, wrong design from the design you gave us.
A refund will NOT be given on these circumstances.
- The product is purposely or accidentally damaged by you.
- We have delivered to you and does not fit the criteria of the statement in question above. As this is personalized item, we cannot erase the name and re-sell them.
- Damage to item due to delivery. In this case we will take it up with the delivery company.
- The colour is not what you expected. The colour may varies depend on your monitor brand, monitor settings. Or you phone/tablet brand and settings.
- The person you give it to does not like the product/s or you simply do not like the product/s.
You can but as long as we have not printed your design for transfer to the product. Once we printed, it not possible. We may charge a fee for the printed design.
In this case a partial refund will be given if you decide to cancel the order.
We will arrange for collection via our logistic provider/courier service.
We spent many hours perfecting our designs. So please do not use our designs. But we will be adding free designs soon. Follow us for updates.
Alhamdulillah if you like our designs. It means our goal of sharing Islamic designs is fulfilled.

Any image we share in social media is for public viewing. It is ok as long you did not change the name as yours and sell for profit.
All our designs are based on Islamic pattern available to everyone. There may be similarities. However, we design in Adobe Illustrator from basic shape to the final product you see here at IDG. The designs you see are those that end up in our products. But many end up in recycle bins.

For the IDG Online Editor, you can choose many Google Fonts. If you use Google Fonts not from the list, please tell us the font name you use.
For our design work, we use Adobe Fonts which we have license to use.
No. Try finding the closest font in Google Fonts.
If you have Adobe fonts in mind, let us know. We try to suit your idea.
For now, no.
No. As a reference, when you select your design, the colours is already preselected. However, you have the option to change to IDG preset colours available from the colour grid. We do not want you to have “colour shock”.
No. We understand that putting you kids photo or your love ones on a mug is cute and lovely but we are into Islamic pattern/design.
You can always add your own text but not to small or it won’t be printed correctly. Just make sure it does not go against our policies. Or we may reject and/or refund your purchase.
The pre-set designs with ayat cannot be changed.
If you have a particular ayat let us know. We may already have it on our list of ayat we plan for future use.
No. Please find someone who is an expert in this.
We understand not all are IT savvy. You can give us your name and the screenshot or photos of Arabic name. Please write clearly and sent to us via chat.
Basically, you can type Arabic letters if you use Arabic language keyboard. However, it will be mostly generic type.
We pre-selected some Arabic fonts with different styles.
They are : Alexandria, Cairo, Noto Kufi Arabic, Noto Naskh Arabic, Noto Sans Arabic and Reem Kufi.

We use sublimation method for our Aluminium Bookmark, 20oz tumbler and Ceramic Mark.
We have vinyl items but decided not to use vinyl in our products due some limitations for our designs.
