Design

  1. The colour of the product you see on a screen monitor or tablet, or phone will differ slightly from what you see on the final product.
  2. Your text design may be edited for clarity.
  3. Unacceptable words, images or graphics used will be rejected. This may include profanity, promoting hate, etc.
  4. We have the right to reject your design with no reason given. If this is the case, we will refund you fully.
  5. Once you send us the design it will be considered final. No further changes are allowed if your design is printed.
  6. If your design is printed but not yet transferred to the final product, we will charge you for re-printing.

Free Items

  1. The colour of the free items pictured you see screen monitor or tablet, or phone will differ slightly from what you received.
  2. Colour of free items/attachments may be random if we do not have stock for the pictured free items.
    Please let us know if the colour of the free items is important to you.
  3. Colour of the free bookmark gift packaging is random too. The three colours are pearlescent white, pearlescent beige and pearlescent grey. However, this may change at our discretion. Please let us know if you have preferences.

Order and Time

  1. The product should be ready within a week (not including delivery time) from the date you finalised and confirm your design.
  2. Production may be delayed if we have a lot of orders at the same time.
  3. Please contact us first if you want to have it by a certain date.
  4. We may reject your order if it is a last-minute order, and we cannot make it on time. For instance, if you order today, but you want it within 3 days or the quantity you ordered is large, but you want it within a week.
  5. Any rejection will be done at an early stage when we assess your order. If this is the case, we will refund you fully.
  6. Please complete your editing within 24 hours of purchase at Shopee shop to allow us sufficient time to complete you order. This is to avoid any penalty points given by Shopee. If this is the case, we may cancel your order.
